Return & Refund Policy

At Rafa Fashion, customer satisfaction is our priority.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Because many of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for:

• Incorrect size selected by the customer.
• Change of mind after production has started.
• Personalized or custom-made items.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly provide a replacement or refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after processing.
